Radio 100 is a subsidary of Helen Television System (HTS). Radio 100 Helen FM started operations in 1996, and uses three FM frequencies to provide coverage to St. Lucia, with some overspill into Martinique, St. Vincent and Dominica. We operate 24 hours a day, with a mix of entertainment and information packaged in an attractive high energy FM format.
Our format can be described as Caribbean Adult Contemporary. In independent media surveys, Radio 100 has consistently ranked as the number one radio station. Three frequencies are utilized to provide National coverage, these are 100.1Mhz for Castries, 103.5 Mhz for the Centre of the island and 100.3 Mhz for the South.
