Clement “The Double C” Charles, who hales from the village of
Dennery ( to the east of St. Lucia) has a passion for the air
waves which was nurtured through a Radio Announcers Club
which saw the likes of radio personalities Mike Rogers, Bernard
Fanis, Timothy Poleon to name a few.
“The Double C” is St. Lucia 's most versatile announcer with a bubbly personality and a strong baritone voice. His versatility lends him the unique ability to cross the lines between English and Creole programming. Credit, he says, is due to his Creator the Almighty God. You can link up with “The Double C” every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 6 – 8 pm for the Creole touch and Saturdays from 10 – 2 pm on Connections.
